In order to use CoacheCalling.com you will need to complete a registration form as well as create a username and password.

During the registration process you will be required to provide us with contact information including name, address, and e-mail address. We use this information to allow college coaches registered on our site to contact you.

Hometown Ventures Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on CoachesCalling.com. Hometown Ventures, Inc. collects personally identifiable information from our users by way of this registration process.

If you choose to upgrade your membership we will require you to give us your credit card information. This information is necessary to process your application.

Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. 

Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.  Hometown Ventures, Inc. does not store this information .

Uses of Information

The information we collect on CoacheCalling.com is provided to individuals registered as College Coaches on our site. They will search through profiles and seek to find qualified athletes for their programs. They will have access to your profile as you have provide the information . CoachesCalling.com does not aggregate , manipulate or format  the data in any way. CoachesCalling.com does provide search filters so the registered college coaches can search for your profile on any of the information you have provided.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us.  When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).     

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
